Flexibility is only part of the equation for optimal function of our body. A flexible joint without stability is worthless.
Using light weights with very specific movements, Motion Momentum can help you develop stable shoulders, hips and core. These improvements in stability will have a tremendous positive impact on your performance whether you want faster 10k times, more powerful serves or longer drives.
Do you have poor posture or an aching back? You might need more strength in your hips, shoulders and spine. Do you get sore knees? Is your vastus medialis properly developed?
Maybe it's the injury prevention that has your attention. Do you have a training component focused on the strength and flexibility of your rotator cuff muscles? You should. What about the rotation of your hip?
